This is a great idea! I think this is an innovative approach to onboarding that really does benefit both new employees and the community.
A note of feedback, though, it is confusing that the blog posts have @mrjn as the author up at the top of the post on the Forum. I was trying to figure out how the “Founder” had " joined Dgraph exactly one week before the COVID lockdown was announced". Then it is more confusing with editor’s bio at the bottom of the page, with the author of the postnot being mentioned at all on the forum topic.
It would be great to have an obviously bot account that posts these topics, and it would make more sense to have the:
