So currently there are certain limitations in the organization model (transfer of leadership, deleting an organisation, common member deployment modification, etc.) However there isn’t a limit to the number of organizations a user can create. As a stop gap I’d recommend you to create a new organization by the required leader and switch deployments to that organization. Do keep an eye out for future changes as enhancements are expected to happen to the organization model
