Yes, we are releasing v24.0.3. It will the old flag as it was, until we phase it out again.
Meanwhile we have been testing with an upgrade to the new cache layer. It is passing our CIs and jepsen tests after some time now. If you guys could test out this branch, it would give us more confidence in releasing it. Right now we are going to refactor the code a bit to enhance readability.
