I am not able to tell it from the charts, but was the last version you tried better than this or worse? The one where had “pk.IsData()” was still there? From the profile it looks like the cache is overburdened. Right now the cache is implemented very cautiously, and memory management is still not done. We are going to keep improving the efficiency of the new cache while maintaining ACID compliance. Meanwhile, if this doesn’t suffice you, we could re-introduce the posting list cache under a flag. However we don’t recommend this setting.
