I have looked at the profile. And as visible from the jemalloc profile, TableBuilder is taking too much memory.
There might be something wrong with data. There is a possibility of a memory bug in dgraph. Will you be able to share the data with me over naman@dgraph.io (upload to some cloud storage/gdrive and sharing the link)?
