A few questions:
- Were you able to complete backup/restores with your graph on v22 prior? Or is this the first time you were attempting?
- Were the backups created with v22?
- Is multi-tenancy enabled in the graph?
- What is the size of the graph (either measured by MBs in your p folders or node/edge counts)?
