Dgraph cluster not initialize on v20.11.0 and v20.11.1

I have getting this issue only specified version of dgraph. If I change version to 20.07.0, for example, cluster bootstraps well even if I’m using same version of helm chart. So I thought that the problem in specific version dgraph.
