I have been looking at this one. I don’t have access to specifically Yandex Cloud, but we have tried numerous configurations other cloud providers’ Kubernetes platforms (GKE, AKS, EKS) without any issues like this.
I can try out using similar affinity and tolerations on EKS and see if can reproduce the issue.
