Badger_pending_writes_total and node freezed

1 node in a cluster doesn’t answer even on simplest queries, they are running forever. other nodes answer ok. there is no load on dgraph, all data is loaded.

got this metric on that node (alpha), and it seemed to me suspicious:

"badger_pending_writes_total": {

  "w": 0
}

what does it mean? can it be the reason of freezing the node?

version is 1.0.10
