um, kinda weird - the logs completely stop after table loads (and membership message from zero) with this:

see here the prom stats are not even being polled for it:
(if you curl the prom stats that raft applied index does not even show up - like the metric has not yet been registered)
I dont see either of the other peers rolling up a snapshot for it either.
